Bugman armor is a Bugmon gear item that costs renown coins and is built for survivability and farming. It boosts HP, provides elemental resistance, and also vastly increases the drop rate when you defeat specific Bugman types.

How to use Bugman armor

Bugman armor is most useful when you want to stay alive longer while targeting Bugman enemies that can drop the items or resources you want.

  1. Equip Bugman armor before fighting the relevant Bugman type.
  2. Take advantage of the added HP to survive longer in combat.
  3. Use the elemental resistance to reduce damage from elemental attacks.
  4. Farm the targeted Bugman type while the armor’s drop-rate bonus is active.

Notes

The armor’s drop-rate benefit applies to specific Bugman types, not every enemy in the game. Its value is therefore highest when you already know which Bugmon you want to farm.
